Managers: how do you compare?

In 1995, the Australian government commissioned an Industry Task Force to produce a report on Leadership and Management Skills in Australia. Its aim was to attempt to develop strategies to improve Australian managers.

It compared Australian managers with managers from overseas and the findings can be summarised as:
